Sheridan & Murray is representing the family of Philadelphia Fire Captain, Robert Neary, who was killed in the line of duty when a burning, vacant warehouse in Kensington collapsed. Just months prior to the fire, the city cited the warehouse owners, Brooklyn-based Yechiel and Michael Lichtenstein of YML Realty Holdings, three times for failing to safely maintain the property.
